Vinyl Cut Lettering
Vinyl Cut Lettering and Graphics are used in a variation of applications; from window lettering, vinyl graphics for vehicles and sign banners. Self Adhesive Vinyl Letters stick to the majority of flat and curved non-coarse surfaces like glass, painted wood, plastic, metal and aluminium. They can be produced from standard spot colour vinyls or printed to your own full colour design.
How do you apply Vinyl Cut Lettering / Graphics ?
We can supply vinyl lettering, vinyl numbers or any other type of vinyl cut graphics complete with application tape.
This way the text or graphic that has been cut can stay spaced correctly when lifting to apply to its finished surface. By carefully removing the backing paper and leaving the cut design on the application tape liner you can then transfer the graphic to where it needs to be. A fine mist of water may help you slide the graphic into position before leaving to dry, any air bubbles can be gently pushed out using a squeegee. Once the area has dried you can then slowly remove the application tape and leave your design in place. Should you at any time wish to remove a graphic , you can simply reheat the area using a hairdryer to re-activate the adhesive and the graphic should then easily peel back off, leaving little or no adhesive residue. Anythign that is left can be cleaned out using normal products.
