Launching a new product can be daunting with what can be high costs on printing plates and cutting tools. It can be even more of a head ache should you have a common packaging label that has multiple designs or needs variable data.
Firstly we can help in reducing plate costs by either grouping common parts of the design together or if printing using our full colour digital technology remove the cost altogether and replace with just an artwork charge. The best part of printing digitally is that if you have multiple designs, you will only need to pay each artwork charge, and not have to have a set of plates for each type. Should you also be flexible in the actual size of your packaging labels we can almost certainly find an existing stock cutter to meet your needs, as we have a very comprehensive range of cutting tools onsite.
All this allows us to help you reduce additional fees when starting a new project, or looking to move from a supplier you are having issues with.
