Acquisitive Customark buys Prisym consumables division

Customark has bought Prisym ID’s consumables division, less than a month after its purchase of Paramount Labels.

Loftware, the US owner of Prisym ID, had decided to divest itself of the profitable consumables division, which sold plain and printed labels, ribbons and NiceLabel labelling and barcode software from its manufacturing site in Wokingham.

The deal, inked on 22 December and funded from Customark cash reserves, has seen Customark take on the entire Wokingham site, along with all eight staff.
