Customark Ltd Announces Strategic Dual Acquisition

Customark is delighted to announce…we have officially completed the acquisition of two companies, BSP Labels Ltd and Screens and Graphics Ltd.

The transactions, finalised in July, mark another significant milestone in our growth strategy, expanding our client base, technical capabilities, and geographical footprint.

Strengthening Market Presence

The acquisition includes the assets and goodwill of BSP Labels Ltd, previously located near Royston, alongside the entire share capital of Cottenham-based Screens and Graphics Ltd. Together, these acquisitions integrate more than 300 active accounts into our existing operations, further strengthening our established market sector penetration.

The expansion also brings immediate financial and operational scale, as we introduce and welcome 16 skilled professionals to the Customark staff and inject  an additional £1.2 million into our projected annual revenue.

Investment in Local Infrastructure

In tandem with these acquisitions, we’ll be merging the operations of BSP Labels, Screens & Graphics, as well as our own existing Royston facility into a single, unified production hub.

The combined entity will relocate to new, modern premises strategically positioned in Swavesey, just north of Cambridge. This new location offers exceptional transport links via the A14, M11, A1(M) and the M1 ensuring seamless distribution and improved service logistics for our clients nationwide.
